Flame photometer is an Instrument defined as the measurement of intensity of the light emitted when ony earth metal is introduce in to the flame Based on the element present in the sample it produce emission spectra and different colours of flame .
principle:-
Whenever the diluted sample Is spread onto a blue flame on ignition sodium and potassium give different characteristic light sodium yellow color and potassium- Violet Colour. The specific light passes through. and is absorbed by the photocell Finally Galvanometer detects and displays on the screen.

-nebulizer:- it produces a fine spray of droplets of uniform size necessary for the constant emission of light.
– Burner and Flame:- when supplied with fuel air and oxygen at Constant Pressure the burner produces a light flame
– Produce light in the form of many directions
And lenses absorb light and focus on intrinsic and intran-slit is focused on monochromatic .
the monochromator is emit light and focuses on the exit slit and exit slit emits only one color of light and focuses on the detector.
– The detector absorbs light and shows the Result on the meter and display
