Morphology and structure of blood cell

Morphology of normal blood cells ** RBC – Red blood cell or Erythrocytes
-RBC in mammal’s are non-nucleated biconcave and Round in shape
– Central area of RBC is thin and edge are thick and the edge are contain Haemoglobin. It transport. respiratory gases.
-size of micron RBC 7.2 micron.
-no of RBC – 4.5 to 5.5 million/cubicmm
-Life span 120 days..
Leucocyte (WRC) white blood cell
-This are colour less.
-nucleated Cell
-No. of WBC in blood 4000-11000
Two types
1 Granulocyte
2 agranulocyte
Granulocyte on the basis of shape of nucleus and dye different types
1.neutrophil
2.Basophil
3.Eosinophil
neutrophil or polymorph
– 60 to 70% of the total wBCs.
-Diameter – 10 to 12 micron
-No. of lobe – 2 to 7
-Life spam – 3 to 5 days
-function phagocytic in nature.
-fine granules
-Colour of gronules – pink
Eosinophil
-Size 12-15 micron in diameter
-shape rounded
-Lobe 2
-Colour of granule – pink Red
-granules – dense
-Normal Range 1-5%
-Life spom 7-12 day
Basophil
-normal Range 0 to 1%
-Life spam = 12 to 15 day
– colour of granules-purple color
-Diameter 8 to 10 micron
-nudeas is not clearly
-kidney shaped and bilobed.
Agranulocyte
1.monocyte
2.Lymphocyte two type
T and B-Lymphocyte
Monocyte
-large  cell among five.
-Shape is irregular.  or is not we’ll rounded
-Size – 14-18 micron in diameter
-nucleus Kidney or notch shape…
-Normal range 2to 8 %
T-Lymphocyte
-nucleus large and occupie 90% of total Cell area.
-Size  7 to 10 micron in diameter
-Shape – Rounded & spherical
B-lymphocyte
-nucleus lie to one side of cell
-shape is rounded or spherical
-Size 10 to 12 micron in diameter
-Range 25 to 35%
-Life span 12 to 24 day
